These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Herbalozy website and purchase of our herbal products. By browsing or placing an order on the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms (and all referenced policies). Herbalozy may update or revise these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the site after any changes implies acceptance of the new terms. Please check these terms regularly, If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, we kindly request that you refrain from using our website.

· Age Requirement: While there is no restriction on who may place an order on the Herbalozy website, we strongly advise that minors (under 18) place orders only under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Herbalozy does not take responsibility for purchases or usage made independently by minors.
All users regardless of age are strictly advised to consult a qualified medical professional before consuming any herbal product, especially if they are under 18, pregnant, nursing, have known medical conditions, or are taking medication.
Use of any product is entirely at the customer's discretion and risk.

· Accurate Information: You agree to provide truthful, complete and current information when prompted (for example, shipping address, billing details, contact information) By providing your email or phone number, you consent to receive transactional and order-related communication from Herbalozy. You must promptly update your contact information if it changes. Herbalozy reserves the right to cancel or suspend accounts that contain false or incomplete information.

Orders and Payment

· Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Herbalozy. Once you place an order, we will confirm receipt. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (e.g., incorrect pricing or product unavailability), at which point any payment collected will be refunded.

· Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy; however, errors or omissions may occur. In case of a pricing error, we will contact you to confirm if you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

· Payment Methods: Payments must be completed at checkout. We accept payments via Razorpay (credit/debit cards, netbanking, UPI), direct UPI transfers, and bank transfers. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available with any applicable service charge. Orders paid online will be processed once payment clears. If payment fails or is declined, the order will not be processed.

Introduction

Shipping and Delivery

· Shipping: Products are typically shipped within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on location. We ship nationwide across India; international shipping may be offered in the future with separate terms.

· Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by SMS or email. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or customs inspections for international shipments.

· COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery, you must inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the package is damaged or tampered with, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

Returns and Cancellations

· Cancellations: You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting customer service. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled through our returns policy if applicable.

· Damaged/Defective Items: We offer a 3-day return/exchange policy strictly for items that are damaged, defective, or expired upon delivery. To request a return or replacement, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt, provide photographic evidence of the issue, Returned items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging with intact labels and batch numbers. Upon verification, we will replace the item or issue a refund.

· Other Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, opened products, or any reason other than damage or defect. Please choose carefully. All consumables and hygiene-related products are final sale except for manufacturing defects.

User Reviews & Content

Customers are welcome to submit reviews and feedback on our products. By submitting content (reviews, comments, ratings), you grant Herbalozy a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use and display that content on our website and promotional materials. We reserve the right to monitor, edit, or remove any user-generated content that is inappropriate, false, or violates any laws. Any opinions expressed in reviews are solely those of the author; Herbalozy does not verify or endorse user statements.

Product Information and User Disclaimer

· Herbal Supplements: Herbalozy’s products are herbal dietary supplements (powders, tablets, capsules, teas, etc.), not pharmaceutical drugs. Herbalozy also suggests buying herbal products on prescription-based. All items are wellness supplements intended for general use only. All products carry batch numbers, manufacturing and expiry dates, dosage instructions, ingredients, and warnings are mentioned on it. Herbalozy does not take any responsibility over any allergies, side effects etc. as it always suggests to consult with your dietician or doctor before consuming any product.

· No Health Claims: The statements on our labels or website about wellness or support (e.g. “immunity support,” “digestive aid”) have not been evaluated by any regulatory authority. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. No guarantee of health outcomes: Individual results may vary based on personal health, lifestyle, and other factors. We expressly do not guarantee any specific benefit or result from using our products.

· Medical Advice: The content on this site and our product labels is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. All users should consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new supplement regimen. Fource Majeure

Herbalozy shall not be liable or deemed to be in breach of these Terms for any delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, storm, war, terrorism, epidemic/pandemic, government regulation, postal or courier failures, strikes, or power failures. In such cases, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event, and we will make reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable.

Governing Low and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Herbalozy website shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the site, or purchase of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
You and Herbalozy agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections regarding the venue.

Institutional and Clinic Sales

Herbalozy products may also be sold through authorized clinics, hospitals or retailers. Sales through these channels will be invoiced separately and may be subject to additional or different terms (pricing, shipping, returns) than our direct online sales. These Terms apply only to purchases made on the Herbalozy website or as explicitly stated; any institutional or clinic orders are governed by a separate agreement between Herbalozy and the purchasing entity.
