Thyroid Disorders
Small Gland – Big Impact.
Over 200 million people globally suffer from thyroid imbalance — silently affecting metabolism, mood, energy, and even fertility.
Herbalozy Ayurvedic herbs nourish the thyroid naturally and bring balance to your hormones:
Reason:
The thyroid gland is a butterfly-shaped gland in the neck that produces T3 (triiodothyronine) and T4 (thyroxine) — hormones that regulate metabolism, energy, temperature, and growth.

In hypothyroidism, the gland underproduces hormones, leading to slow metabolism, fatigue, weight gain, and cold sensitivity. In contrast, hyperthyroidism is caused by excess hormone production, resulting in weight loss, heat intolerance, and anxiety.

The most common scientific cause of hypothyroidism is Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, an autoimmune disorder where the immune system attacks thyroid tissue. For hyperthyroidism, it’s Graves’ disease, another autoimmune disorder.
Other causes include iodine deficiency, radiation exposure, genetic factors, or side effects of medications. Disruption in the hypothalamus-pituitary-thyroid (HPT) axis also affects hormone regulation.
Solution:
The standard treatment for hypothyroidism is daily hormone replacement therapy using Levothyroxine, a synthetic version of T4, to restore normal hormone levels.
In hyperthyroidism, treatment includes antithyroid medications like methimazole or propylthiouracil, which block thyroid hormone production.
In some cases, radioactive iodine therapy is used to shrink the thyroid gland. If medications fail, thyroidectomy (surgical removal) may be required.
Regular monitoring of TSH, T3, and T4 levels through blood tests is essential for adjusting medication. Diet rich in selenium, zinc, and iodine (not excessive) also supports thyroid function.

🌿Herbal Remedy

5. Brahmi: Calms nervous system; helpful in hyperthyroidism-related anxiety
